Firewhirl:

A spinning, moving column of ascending air, which carries aloft smoke, debris and flames. Can be as small as a few feet in diameter to the size of a small tornado. Most commonly seen in wildland fires, though often seen in structural fires as well. Also sometimes known as a fire tornado.
